Personal Data We Collect
Geosoft Cloud gathers only the minimum information needed for service activation, licensing and billing:
- Contact details: first name, surname, phone number and email address
- Your company's registration documents and legal details
- Subscription details together with service usage statistics
How Your Data Is Accessed
There is no automatic access from Geosoft Cloud to the internal data you keep inside Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or AWS.
Limited access may be requested if troubleshooting requires it, and it happens only when you give explicit consent.
